For the '02 Chev, Start off small since thats the only way to progress, think to big and nothing well happen.. Go get some Altezza tail lights and change the bulbs too Super blue rear lights with halogen appearence, look into some decent window tint about 90% in teh front 80% in the back, Look into an apearence only Hood scoop, Maybe dual if you want, Change your headlights to superblue halogen apearence bulbs, then get either eyelids, projector covers, headlight covers, spray tint or altezzas for the front too.. Look into a decent wing, Either Carbon fiber, check out all wings west ( WW ) products before you buy hoods or wings because they have some amazing sets which match the Custom Bumpers, Stock bumpers, Lights stock or after market, and Skirts, So take a look there.. as for big steps mix up you kit, Like a Wings West Front and rear bumper with Chevrolet Racing Skirts, Now DEFAINTLY get rid of those sotkc wheels and tires, grab some pirelle Zero Nero low pro tires and depending on what you want to pay for wheels   check out eithe canadian tire's own american Racing rims ( ar racing )   or Motegi Rims also in stock at canadian tire, check out L & N signs for some graphics and To be half cheap but look good, Paint your own Dash, Change all the dash lights to luminescent colors, Red blue, green yellow etc, itll run you about 18$ to change all your dash lights, panel lights, and sky lights..
